| Course The course is the same as in 2008 - starting at Lews Castle College heading past The Woodlands Centre and Cuddy Point, heading out towards the mouth of the Creed and heading back the same way to the Castle Green to finish – don’t moan, it’s only a little uphill at the end! To make an appointment call Christine or Marion on 01851 709557 JogScotland There are now two groups operating from the Sports Centre:- Wednesday 7.15pm - 8.15pm Friday 12.30pm - 1.30pm Established in 2002 by Scottish Athletics, the governing body of athletics in Scotland, jogscotland uses simple, gentle walk/jog/run programmes to encourage everyone to get out and be active! Everyone is welcome – no matter how fit or unfit you are! The group will be led by a trained jogscotland Leader who will organise the session to suit all abilities. |
